RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@gethebox.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned after the 30-day window
